Teller, Part-Time (Tulsa-Harvard Location)

Location: 4815 South Harvard Tulsa, OK 74135

The part-time teller receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies amount, and examines checks for endorsements. Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances. Enters customers’ transactions into computer to record transactions, and issues computer generated receipts. Six months cash handling with customer service experience needed for consideration.
Part-Time Hours: M-F 2:00pm-6:15pm, Rotating Saturday's 8:45am-1:15pm

Cash Advantage Specialist

Location: 1800 S. Baltimore Ave. Tulsa, OK 74119

The Cash Advantage Specialist handles all new invoices, payments, correspondence, filing/ imaging, verifications, reserve statements, verification and audit letters, research and balancing GL for our Cash Advantage customers. Serving as the primary contact, must be able communicate clearly with clients and bank associates at all levels. Will train customers on procedures and processes. Must be multi-task oriented, have strong math and written skills, proficient in Word & Excel & be able to meet deadlines. 3 yrs. balancing/ reconciliation of accounts with an accounting background preferred. Previous banking experience helpful.
