Required: Working knowledge of Windows NT/2000/XP and networks and familiarity with current software programs. This position will provide Help Desk functions as well as desktop support functions and special projects as assigned. Zero to two years' experience in a service-related industry with working knowledge of personal computers, hardware, software packages, operating systems and networks. Site travel required. Previous interaction with banking regulations, operating procedures and security guidelines helpful. Preferred certifications include A+.
