Burnett Inc.

If ever an example of a successful business was to be showcased, Burnett Inc. surely would be at the top of the list. As a siding and window company, Burnett Inc. has created a culture of superior service and going way beyond the call of duty. This is an example all small businesses can look to for inspiration. The legacy of Burnett Inc. can be seen throughout Tulsa - from the incredible number of newly beautified homes in the area, to the community giving that makes up a major part of the Burnett Inc. culture. We are blessed to have this example of a successful business doing business in our corner of the world.

Dedication to Constant Improvement
With all major aspects of business humming along so efficiently and effectively, how does a business like Burnett Inc. go about gaining a fresh perspective about their business? Ted tapped the talents of Sean Griffin, SpiritBank BRC Strategic Partner and resident graphic facilitator, to explore the idea of offering Burnett Inc. one of Sean's graphically facilitated Business Game Plan processes. This approachable strategic planning workshop allows participants to uncover hidden opportunities, refine processes, harness the power of teams, identify areas for improvement, create an action plan and, most importantly, create a shared vision for the company.

Wanting to make a difference, Ted contacted Scott Burnett to explore the strategic planning status of the company and to see how the Business Resource Center might help him. As timing would have it, Scott was starting to work on updating the Burnett Inc. strategic plan and thought the Business Game Plan Ted proposed might be a perfect fit for his business needs.

Uncovering Hidden Opportunities
